The Boat House

If there were to be a competition for the most picturesque setting for a restaurant that wasn't at a holiday destination I think the Boat House in Sutton Park would take some beating. It is hard to imagine that this is set in an urban park. It looks very quiet in the mid-afternoon, but in the evenings it is positively buzzing.

My decision to go out with just one lens proved the right one, as at no point did I find myself thinking "I wish I'd got this lens or thatlens. My back appreciated the lack of backpack too!
