Having recently moved to this beautiful little town, I decided to invest in a decent camera and start recording some of the wonderful scenery, flora and fauna that surrounds me.
I have no background in photography but many many years ago in the good old S-VHS days, I was pretty handy with a video camera so I know how to compose a picture and I think that is a good start.
Digital photography is a far cry fro what I am used to and it is a steep learning curve.
I don't have any expensive editing programmes, just the camera software so I need to learn to make the most of the shots at the time of shooting - I think that's a good thing.
I'm enjoying what I'm doing and that's the main thing, I hope anyone viewing my pictures gets some pleasure out of doing so.
