I live in a pretty decent close in the Southside of Glasgow that, for the past 8 months or so, has been polluted by the shit from a small black Lhasa apso which belongs to a woman in the neighbouring close.

The owner allows her dog free reign in the shared back court area, but doesn't seem to like the messy business of cleaning up after it and contemptuously leaves it for the rest of us to deal with.

Despite numerous attempts to confront her about the mess, she remains intrasigently (and belligerently) opposed to cleaning up any more than she has to. The council seem unable to do much more than send letters.

I try to take a picture every day, as a record of the piles of shit that my neighbours and I are forced to walk through.

It's a shite state of affairs.
