I've always loved photographs and the way they capture a short snapshot in time. I'm definitely an amateur photgrapher, but want to improve. Friends tell me I see a good photo, but I know i've got so much to learn. This is my attempt to think about the photos I take, to try out a few ideas and hopefully to get a few ideas from the blipfoto community.
What do I use? Well i've got a Canon EOS 350D, bought on the crest of a wave at Newcastle Airport, two days after getting married and also two days before my30th birthday. But, admission time, i've never done more than flick through the manual and have generally only used the automatic modes. Time to learn! I also have a Canon IXUS 870IS compact for slipping into a pocket or rucksack.
What am I interested in? All sorts! But sport, nature, mountains, food and people are likely to feature here.
