I feel lucky to live in the northern part of the Netherlands, with the Wadden Sea (World Heratige) practically in my backyard. You can find me there over and over again.
I started blipping in 2011 my 'real camera high quality ' photo's.
All that came to a pause somewhere in 2013 and I restarted in April 2016 (27th to be exact). Since that date I try to blip every day, not just my high quality processed landscape photos but also a glimpse of my daily life. Even an iPhone photo slips through every now and then.
During 2018, from January until August to be exact things came to an halt again. I stopped blipping during that period. On September 1st 2018 I picked it all up again.
My beagle Spike often acted as an excuse model on not so special days. Sadly he passed away on April 1st 2019. I still miss you buddy.
Update March 2021:
We now have a new beagle, after 2 years without a dog.
Toby has joined us. A 5 year old male beagle we found on the internet. We picked him up in Kerkrade (Limburg) in the south of the Netherlands and took him with us, all the way north.
It's great to have a new dog. He's not replacing our beloved Spike, no dog can. But he is succeeding him and he's well on his way to becoming as special as Spike has been.
I guess Toby will be my new blip-model.
