I have been watching my friend's journal (http://www.blipfoto.com/Blanchmange/about) all year so thought it was about time I took part too.  Blipfoto looks great fun and I enjoy taking photos.  I want to learn a lot more about digital photography and have booked myself on a wildlife nature photography holiday in the summer.  I can see winter will be challenging for taking pics as it is normally dark both when I drive in and leave work.  

I make my living writing software but am passionate about gardening, chickens, tropical fish, my ancient cottage and most of all my beautiful pedigree cats.  So expect quite a few photos of moggies during the year.
