I started blipping in 2011 (having been put on to it as a concept by Rob Harris aka Sprout Lover). I'd recently moved from Cambridge UK to Phnom Penh Cambodia and daily life was rich with new sights, sounds, smells and experiences. Blip was the perfect way to document that for myself and sometimes for those who I'd left far away.

Originally entitled a Year in Phnom Penh (as in a Year in Provence and because we originally planned to stay a year and a half), it ended up being just over 4 years. Nearly 2 years ago (end of 2014) we returned to the uk and I stopped blipping much.

Recently (Oct 2016) Sprout Lover has been nagging me to take it up again. So that is where I'm at in the story.
