I am a creative rhyming geek that takes photos and videos when he can fit it  in. Amongst the pressures of two growing boys, a lovely supportive wife and illness and disability that has changed my worldview.

Having said that I am an eternal optimist, my body is 50 but in my head I am 29. Although I can barely walk some days I can still take pictures...

I see the world in colour and now more than ever I appreciate the beauty around me. Just this morning I was looking at the treeline and thinking of it's similarity to an oil painting by the old masters and thinking "...Yeah, I get it!"

I had my first camera at age 12. A polaroid Land Camera that shot only in Black and White. My first SLR at 18 and then a hobby that eventually became part of my career. Much of that career involved computers and the last 15 years was in Higher and Secondary Education. Some overseas, some in the UK, I have a wealth of images and I will try and fill the 1 a day from the images I have taken over the years. Some days there were hundreds others none... But they just sit on my hard drives and its about time some of them saw the light!
