I’ve spent my life in the travel and tourism world, originally from the UK but loving living in NZ these past 28 years or so. I’m an enthusiastic photography fan - nowadays mostly with an iPhone…. always have it handy and try to document my daily life. I’m the one in our family who documents and curates our lives… and love collecting and reviewing life’s memories, often using my Google Assistant who flashes up a constant rotation of pics, digging deep into the archives of my 56,000 photos! (Eekk!) I joined Blip Photo during yet another COVID lockdown here in Auckland (NZ) and thought I’d love the process of choosing my daily photo and creating a daily visual journal. Mostly I wanted something that would keep me out the pantry and fridge each evening! I’m hoping to post often from our retired life here in a small beach community just outside the city. I love taking photos of nature, buildings, beaches, people, dogs, and food! Looking forward to sharing and enjoying the posts each day.
