I shoot every day, even if it's just a couple of quick snaps around the house. I shoot to either explore a visual idea, or to document my life.

I was born into a Nikon family so that's what I shoot with (except that my point and shoot is a Canon). 

I shoot mostly M43 now. Love the size, weight, and lens selection. And the price is great too.
