Davis?s career as one of Australia?s top advertising creative directors, writer, art director, designer, film director and photographer, started in the theatre, painting and creating sets and costumes for the Australian Opera and Ballet Companies. rnHer sojourn into advertising saw her become creative director of BateyAds, headquartered in Asia where she famously co-created the ?Singapore Girl? campaign, the only advertising icon to be immortalised in Madame Tussauds waxworks museum. Her career in this field took her all over the world working with such great agencies as Ogilvy and Mather in the USA under Hal Rhiney and TBWA rnFaie returned to Australia to set up her own highly creative boutique Agency DDI Adworks~Filmworks where she became keeper of the creative flame for two decades creating strategies and campaigns for world renowned clients rnBorn in Wellington, New Zealand, she has won and judged creative awards all over the world and is now the author and photographer of the internationally acclaimed rnLOOKBOOK series, pictorial anthologies aimed at high end travelers featuring some of the worlds more unusual destinations.
