How many are there?

The little mouse was out in the garden again today.
I throw the scraps of raw pastry out for the birds when I'm finished baking, and the mouse found one.
I watched it carry it across the garden, down some steps, along the patio, and into a small hole in the garden wall. It came out minus the pastry, so are there others in that hole, or is it storing it up for later?
