Reasons to visit Thirsk 3

Continuing my Saturday theme. I worked in the shop this morning as I have missed my normal Wednesday rota. For that reason I thought it appropriate to add 'my' shop to the attractions of Thirsk! It really is a lovely little shop and it is so nice to see visitors and regular customers alike come in and find some treasures. People generally are thrilled by their purchases and so pleased to buy at bargain prices what somebody else no longer wants. One lady this morning bought a very nice Edwardian tea set and was so happy that she practically danced around the shop. Then there is the super couple who often come in and this morning wanted to know where I'd been. We had a lovely chat about the books they bought. Altogether a very satisfactory mornings work.
