A New View

Day one in my new corner of the office. The heavens opened up with a rare display of big fluffy snow flakes, like confetti for my welcome to the neighborhood party. Well, there was no actual party...just the one that you see here. I had scheduled everything work related for tomorrow, fielded some phone calls today, but mostly just unpacked and organized my new world. Very disorienting, but I will say, my old window looked out onto another external wall and nothing else, so this is an improvement for sure.

Chocolatelover received her chocolate lady birds! That was pretty exciting for me too! They were a little "tired" when they arrived, but they made it! Here's the before picture.

I've been reading the accounts of Christchurch's experience since I blipped this. The devastation is overwhelming. Prayers continue for the people there.
