Grey Day at Tunnel Beach

The Dunedin coastline is stunning. Even on a day like today where the light was subdued it was difficult not to be impressed by the view before me. Spent an hour exploring the cliff tops and the coastline, a lovely thing to do with my day off. The colour of the sandstone is golden and it's soft nature has made it vulnerable to people carving their names in it. I guess the temptation is just too great for some. Me I prefer to look, clamber around and to leave the place as I found it.
