water baby

the weather has been warm enough that the lake has melted enough of the ice off....for now anyway... so the geese and ducks are enjoying water.... oh boy - it was a literal water bath out there. in addition to nose dives, feet first landings and even some water fights... too fun.

but it's not going to last... snow is moving in - so they say. the high country has been hit again and forecasters are calling for storms to come into the foothills as well. i'm not holding my breath though since i know how predictable weather patterns can be... especially around here...
