Meg is Sparkly

A lovely lazy Sunday after a full, well one or two kicks, nights sleep.

The boys were still up early. He may not be playing, but as Captain my boy needed to be at the sidelines to cheer them on. Dedicated. Father and son off after a spot of the old manipulation which already is wearing thin. My boy will not sit still, keeps tensing his legs and generally being a little imp. It's only 10 minutes on one leg a day. Where will we be in 6 weeks I wonder?

I had breakfast with Meg. She has always been sparkly and her smile would light up a thousand rooms. I am always thrilled to see her and can never quite believe how fast she has grown up. Mostly I like her because she used to watch Tops of the Pops and shout at the t.v when Kylie came on. She thought it was me. Bless her little socks. I was far prettier!

I had a most unusual combination of blueberry scone and rhubarb jam. I didn't think that would work but it so did. I'm getting myself some dried blueberries tomorrow.

What a weekend of indulgent treats. No wonder my attempts of an SP were terrifying. A girl can't feast on chips, and cakes all weekend and expect to be as fit as Kylie. Maybe I should give up my dreams of X Factor this year?

Thank you Meg for being so sparkly and such fun.
