Nelson Morning

Tasman Bay looking out over "The Cliffs" (the name of this very exclusive road), the Rock and Haulashore Island. The rock is known as both 'Fifeshire Rock' and 'Arrow Rock'. I believe both are ships that foundered on her when Nelson was first being settled.

Another trip to Nelson today to keep an appointment, browse in a bookshop, buy some craft materials and visit friend M in hospital. I took a detour up Princes Drive on my way into the city and took a few photos of the bay. It was a busy place this morning with fishing boats, yachts and kayaks all making their presence felt - and all this before 8am!
