there is a birthday coming...

Come this weekend there will be a teenager in the house...

Of course it does not seem possible that the tiny baby I so remember has reached this point however all evidence shouts otherwise.

It is funny having a spread of nine years between your eldest and youngest child - you really are caught up with very different stages but the overall feeling is one of the wonderfulness of it all.

P.S - this is not the teenager - just our ten year old carrying the cake!!!
