Uisge Beatha the water of life

After a bad day stuck inside waiting on deliver and sorting my daughters lap top i realised i had not taken my daily blip panic panic panic.
While shopping for this evenings dinner i decided to relax for 5 minutes at our local hostelry hence the blip, after 2 from the top shelve i was no longer stressed.
