sunday mash up

The day before the nonsense that is Valentines day i make this: it's a coconut and ginger biscuit cake/flapjack thing. My son loves it. I have a weird habit of taking pictures of food i make, as long as i'm impressed with it enough. This could very well be a food blog of what i eat most days. Enthralling? Intriguing? I should coco....oh and it really does taste better than it looks!
