skiing in the berkshires.

when you go to a family-oriented mountain over a holiday break you should count on it being busy. when it is a small, mostly local mountain with only one main lift (which is old and outdated) you count on it being crowded and slow. when you are an advanced skiier and it is a relatively small mountain it only takes five to ten minutes to get down. compared to the thirty minutes it took to get up...let's just say i bailed and left by the time it got this crowded. good thing i had gotten there early and gotten some runs in.
