Goodbye to Lanzarote

Flying away from Lanzarote and I managed to capture a few shots through the window of the plane. I think this gives a fairly good overview of the landscape, with the extinct volcanos in the foreground, mountains, wind turbines, coastline and villages.

I've enjoyed my week but the cold is miserable, especially on the plane. The walking was OK but not very demanding and I don't think I will want to return - too many other places I'd like to visit!

The sun was rather nice............
