Tonight's bedfellows

Back from holiday, (did you miss me?), with a stonking cough and cold. Woe is me! I blame the germs.

Bagpuss, ( "an old, saggy cloth cat, baggy, and a bit loose at the seams"), is actually one of those hotties you put in the microwave instead of using a hot water bottle. (I always feel a bit squeamish about putting a cat in the microwave....) He is probably the only cat who will come for a stroke on the bed tonight - the others do not like the constant snuffling, coughing, restlessness, etc etc. You get the picture. Enough information.
