Fillet Steak

Just cleaned it up and after that I rolled it very tight in clingfilm. I cut the steaks to order so that they are a nice round shape.

It will be served this weekend with a ragout of lentils, vegetables and oxtail, pancetta lardons, glazed baby onions and a black olive jus.

Busy weekend coming up what with pie night and valentine's.
