Valentine's Iced Biscuits

To go with the coffees, or to put in the rooms in glass jars, or both. I said I wasn't going to make anything heart shaped this year but somehow it just crept in!
Tonight I'm going to make rose flavoured macaroons too and some mini cupcakes with a chocolate topping of some kind.
