Shuttleworth House

This is the high rise scum storage facility in Lincoln where I used to buy my mood altering compounds. There are several rules the Shuttleworth House has to adhere to:

1: A criminal record is compulsory. Each floor has to have one dealer, one sex offender and several addicts on.

2: One door per floor must be smeared with a bodily fluid, either blood or excrement.

3: There are no toilets in the flats, why bother when the stairwell will do?

4: If you get a job you are forced to move out. It's the law.

I jest not. I heard several stories of working people in this block suffering break ins while they were at work: somebody scaled the outside from floor 14 to floor twelve to rob a flat, then let himself out and went back to his. Another apparently just booted the door down to his neighbours flat and helped himself to an X Box.

There are few suicides however, I feel a direct product of giving lazy people £100 a week, a free flat and allowing them to commit low level crime as long it is above the 12th floor. genius.

Tonight I do Lincoln ghost walk and a place called Browns Pie Shop which does pies at £15. £15???? Madness. The steak is £25. I'd rather spend my money on fags and beers.

Tomorrow night I'm going to Lee and Jackies for fags and beers.
