Another Star of the Week

Liam worked hard on his "Star of the Week" poster today. Here's a picture of him in his PJs and robe once he finished it. I had one of him acting normal with his picture and one of his wild face. Then I realized his wild face is more of his normal, so I chose that one. Twice a year each student gets 'spotlighted' in class for a week and their peers learn a little more about them. Liam's poster included an "Awesome Ad" for the movie 'The Missing Lynx, a cartoon drawing of Ben 10, a book review of his favorite book (Chronicles of the Moon: The Legends), a picture and story about some event that has happened to him (him being goalie in a shoot-out) and a write-up on his "Hero". He chose me, mommy, for his hero this time. The main reason he gave was because I feed him in the morning and at night. That's a man for you!

Had more issues with a girl kissing my Landon again at P.E....so more discussions came along with Landon, the class (about germs), and the 3 girls who say they plan on marrying him. Luckily it was the teacher discussing it with the girls privately and not me...making it clear that Landon is not a "toy". Some giggles came from the girls mouths. Who knew kindergarten would be a scene from The Bachelor?
