Plowing snow from the roof

Those who are living in warmer countries have evidently not seen workers dropping snow from the roof. Usually there are minimum two of them on the roof and one down caring that none walks under the ice. The tin roof looked very slippery and the work looks dangerous, although the men have a lifeline.
