Plowing snow on the yard of a monastry

We were overnighting in a quiet hotel of the Orthodox monastry of Valamo.
We had a lot to talk about plowing snow with the voluntary man seen here. The most of plowing in the monastry is done by a tractor, but this he does only during the weekend. There was only a bit soft dry snow which is easy to plow.
