Khao Soi

Had a big sleep in today, then breakfast at home. Jer went to help out on the alpaca ranch while I took care of stuff around the house - laundry, cleaning, blipping.

I tried out a recipe today for a cookbook (that has yet to be published) - and it was divine. Having had the real thing in Chiang Mai 4 years ago, this one comes real close. It is a definite keeper and can't wait for the book to come out.
