I did yoga today. I went to the gym in the am. I had a great day at work. I am trying to eat better with less sugar. Let me SLEEP. Dear lord let me sleep. I don't think I can do another bout of sleeplessness. I was up over an hour trying to get to sleep and get my mind to shut down.

Wierd dream last night. I was at a funeral but it had grandstands. I was handing out flyers because there was four funerals back to back. My mom's was last. My dad was late. They called our name but said it wrong because it's a Ukranian name and it's hard to pronounce. Then my dad ran in wearing the wrong outfit telling me he didn't want to be at the funeral.
I woke up.

Stop the mom dying dreams already.
Let me sleep. No cold sweats. PLEASE.
