Crocus Chorus

Singing for spring - crocus in the lawn take advantage of recent warmer weather to push up through the grass and dead leaves.

A welcome splash of colour on another drab grey day.

Working in the garden building the base for the new workshop. Moving old bricks and breeze blocks I uncovered a multitude of woodlice or chucky pigs as they get called around these parts. Took a number of shots of their teaming masses and was going to treat you to a lousy shot but decided on the more colourful crocus in the end.
