Oscar

Last night was extremely blustery, high winds and torrential rain . Oscar was really disturbed by the wind .

Today the storm was less strong but no way was I going back up the leaccain hill today, I think I would have been either blown or washed back down. I also doubt if my strange " fungus " find survived the weather. Might go up tomorrow to check , weather permitting.

So a day spent even closer to home than usual. Oscar and I did venture down to the bottom of the garden where the loch had risen right up the bank close to where the boat sits .Just as well it is very secure. Oscar had a ball playing and barking at the waves which were quite fierce at times. Was a bit worried he might go in too far and get washed away.I suppose dogs have more sense than humans as he came to no harm apart from getting very wet.

Thought you might like to meet him so here is one of the shots from today. I did get some crackers with the waves splashing over the top of his head but then you wouldn't have seen his handsome face.
