Red-bellied woodpecker

The "monster storm", as it was christened by the media, has moved on to the east without doing much damage in our area of Ohio. After doing a back yard blip yesterday because of the ice, I ventured out this morning to see what the trails were like in the park. My conclusion: not too bad and, as it was a sunny-blue-sky-day, I enjoyed a great walk. This woodpecker posed for me today, so he gets to be the blip star. Other pictures are posted here.
