Witch Hazel

This is my Witch Hazel, Hamamelis x intermedia (H. Japonica x H. Mollis) var. Jelena. Every year we go to the Botanics to visit the Witch Hazels, I have a favourite named Barnstedt Gold which I have photographed for several years. It is getting too big to get a good angle but there is now a younger specimen near the North Gate.
This is a back blip 'cause I wasn't well yesterday so took a quick snap on my way into the house.
