Groundhog's Day = De ja vu

I don't like the idea of repeating dinner menus since the point of this blog is to showcase variety.

However, it is Groundhog's Day and those who grew up in the '80s/'90s should conjure up fond memories of watching Bill Murray painstakingly wake up with a bad case of de ja vu.

A few days ago I was on a mad hunt for Maggiano's Bruschetta recipe because I just love the butter spread they brush on the baguette before toasting, and I found it! I originally wasn't going to blog about this, but the darn thing came out so lovely I couldn't help myself.
