I've Fallen and I Can't Get Up

The neighbor across the street has been waiting for a nice day ever since New Year's to take down the decorations on the house. There has been no such day.
The snowman was all wrapped up into a white ball of fabric but today we had some incredible winds that unwrapped Frosty and sent cold winter air up into his underside.
