Vikings!

Indoor Blip this evening as I had to wait in for Sophie to come back from Sparklers. This is one of my chess sets. It's based on the Battle of Clontarf which was fought in North Dublin between the Vikings and the Celts. It was a 40th birthday present, but I'm sad to say that it has never been used for a game. I find it very difficult to find face to face opponents!

Sophie and I are off to the cinema in five minutes so not much time for comments this evening. Will catch up later!
