Plotting
This innocent expression belies the fact that the little cogs behind those soulful eyes are whirring, designing ever more ingenious ways to create mess, noise and general mayhem.
Today I was hoovering and dusting and (of course) was being cheered on by Lakeland-boy when suddenly he disappeared. I assumed he was playing with his trains or, more likely, my dustpan and brush...wrong. He re-materialised trailing most of a toilet roll behind him, laughing his head off, like some crazy two-legged Andrex puppy.
Then he managed to drag a chair to the sink and tip water all over the floor. The thought process there was so he could mop...see...ingenious.
He also fed the dog with the remains of a bag of flour. The dog was singularly unimpressed as he'd been asleep, minding his own business, and suddenly he needed a bath. The flour has now been moved to a higher shelf in the cupboard!
Noah certainly makes my life more interesting.
