Green shoots

We extended the afternoon route as it was such a nice day. The footpath takes us up the side of this field and it was good to see the lines of green shoots pushing through. Not sure if it's wheat or barley.
Heavy frost first thing but the day improved quickly. Pilates this morning, should be aching now for the next couple of days.
