new shooooooos!

tonight was the first game of fives of 2008 and it featured phlegm, red cheeks, sweat, skint knees, sore lungs, aching muscles and tired joints-and that was just the other one.

these are the other one's new brown football trainers, they did not turn him into a superstar. he played as if he had two left feet (neither of which was any good), missed more chances than he can remember and never managed to score any goals. on the plus side he had a great time and canna wait until next week.

perhaps by then his new shoes will be broken in if not he will have to find another excuse for being rubbish!
