Where there is tea ----

This afternoon I went to have a cuppa with a village neighbour I hadn't seen for months. She bakes scrumptious cakes and scones so I knew I was in for a treat. We caught up on all the family news and generally put the world to rights. After a dark rainy morning the sun was out this afternoon and the sky was blue which made the walk down the village road an absolute pleasure. Found myself humming, 'Spring is in the air'.
