All City Coffee

Great day - slept in, walked Willy, then made a superb scrambled eggs and blueberry pancakes breakfast. Ate, drank coffee and read the paper. I am not a big fan of pancakes (never have been, I find them too heavy), and Jer also mentioned that this is probably the 2nd or 3rd time in our 12 years together that I've ever made pancakes, but I have to say that these pancakes were delicious.

Kept the day going by making a 15 bean soup (had to start it early since I didn't soak the beans overnight). Foresight is not my strength, or at least when it comes to bean soaking.

While that was on the stove, I read some more and then took off to All City Coffee to read my photography books, take some pics and read some more. Jer was not feeling well - coughing all night, and slept in the guest room :(, so he was just vegging and watching a movie.

Came home, walked Willy, then put the final touches on dinner. Great soup, but now I'm feeling the wrath of the 15 beans.....

Great Sunday, but sad that it's another weekend coming to an end.
