competition!

Apparently the gentleman whose face appears on the cover of this book promises that you can cook two courses of a meal in or around 30 minutes.

Now i don't wish to brag, but as you can see i could turn around a 3 course meal (admittedly soup based) in around 9-10 minutes tops....
