In black and white 7

My beautiful poinsettia is counting its days. Every day I find a leaf or a petal that has fallen, and it's becoming less and less of it. So I decided to take a picture of it while it's still looking good.

It's amazing because when I bought it for Christmas at Tesco's, the label said that it would last till 6th January. Well, I'm glad it has lasted much longer than that! A resistant flower, like me!

Feeling now a bit the after effects of having had a few too many last night, but I had a great time. We went to this pub I'd never been before called the Royal Oak. Great atmosphere and live music as well.

Meeting a friend for dinner and a few whiskies later on. Hopefully my wee hangover will have died by then!

All furniture shifing finished and baking done, so now I just have to give the finishing touches to my friend's birthday cake. I'll post a picture tomorrow, so she doesn't see the cake before she gets it.
