Still Life

My google page reminded me that it was Cezanne's 172nd birthday yesterday. That gave me the idea to do a still life, so today it was off to the shops to stock up on fruit.

The treatment was relatively simple, after cropping start smudging!

My wife commented how nice the fruit bowl looked - then she realised it was for a photograph. All brownie points evaporated!
