Mr. and Mrs.

Still trying to locate the missing doors of the new kitchen unit. The shop staff swear that they will delver them tomorrow and I suppose time will tell. Now the timing device for the central heating has decided to stop working. I have spent a couple of hours this morning attempting to coax it back into life but it only works when it feels like it, so tomorrow it's off to the electricians to fetch a new one. Sometimes I think there is an entire tribe of gremlins out there doing their best to do my head in along with the bank balance.
While in town this morning chasing doors I bagged this shot of Mr. and Mrs. Mallard on the town duck pond. With the days growing longer and spring waiting in the wings for an opportunity to break out, it seems as if the whole of nature is just bursting to get on with all things which come naturally. Already there are a few plants and shrubs in the garden showing signs of life. The wildfowl, including these ducks are beginning to pair off and performing some interesting rituals.
