So one thing led to another and by 2am Guitar Hero was on and we were taking turns at Metallica tracks. Drank far too much, went to bed around 4am.

Sunday itself had a general lack of activity about but I still managed to roast a joint of beef and make yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, roast carrots and parsnips, cabbage with pancetta and chestnuts and proper gravy.
