Chocolate Heaven

Despite being half way through January, and the chocolates being long gone, H still wants to check the doors on her advent calendar regularly. It quickly became her morning routine of reaching for it instantly on wakening so I am quite glad they have all gone now and it's back to chocolate as an occasional treat. I am reluctant to bin it though as she still seems to like playing with it - the fact that it's a Peppa Pig one is an added attraction.

H went to visit her Great Granny in her care home today and definitely brightened up the day of all the patients and staff. They all loved her and she was good as gold and smiling for everyone. After than it was a visit to Granny's and then Auntie E and Uncle R's new house where she got to play with their kittens for the first time. She took an instant liking to them, but I think she needs to learn to be a bit more gently with them!
